Studio Policies 

Tuition

Tuition is due by the 12th of each month regardless of attendance. 

Tuition reserves your dancer's place in the class and supports studio operations, instructor salaries, and facility expenses. 

Parent's are given a 5 day grace period before a 10% late fee will be applied to their bill. After 7 days, dancer may not return until balance has been paid. 

Positive Environment

Gossip, bullying, or negative behavior will not be tolerated by dancers or parents. We believe every family deserves to be in a supportive and positive atmosphere. 

Attendance

Regular attendance is expected. Dance skills build week by week. Consistent attendance helps dancers progress safely, keeps classes running smoothly, and ensures everyone is prepared for performances.

Please notify the studio if your dancer will be absent.

Dress code

Proper dance attire and correct shoes are required for every class. Please see the "Weekly schedule & Dress code" tab above for more information on your class dress code. 

A consistent dress code allows instructors to see body alignment and technique.  

Parent observation

Parents may only observe during designated observation weeks or special events. We offer a free zoom class per week for parent's to watch in on classes to create a distraction free environment. 

Class Placement 

Class placement is based on age, experience, and technical ability. Proper placement helps dancers grow at a pace that is safe, challenging, and appropriate for development. 

Safety 

No running, horseplaying, or disruptive behavior will be permitted in the studio. Dance studio contain specialized flooring and equipment, and following safety rules helps prevent injuries. 

Respect

All parents, dancers, instructors, and staff are expected to treat one another with respect. We strive to create a positive environment where every dancer feels welcomed, valued, and encouraged. 

Drop Out fee

Parents are required to pay a $45 drop out fee if dancer decides to unenroll before scheduled performance(s) at the end of the semester in May/June.

These dates are announced in advance and are built into our tuition structure. Monthly tuition reserves your dancer's place in class and is based on the entire dance semester rather than the number of classes attended each month. Therefore, tuition is not prorated or refunded for scheduled holidays or studio closings.
